Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions and Billing

Dingdo provides subscription-based software services billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@getdingdo.com. Upon cancellation, your service will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial subscription purchases. If you are unsatisfied with our service within 14 days of your first charge, contact support@getdingdo.com for a full refund. Renewal charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
