1. Service Description

CommonSenseSci LLC ("Dingdo", "we", "us") provides AI-powered call response and messaging software ("Service").

2. Account & Billing

Services are offered under fixed monthly plans. All payments and invoicing are securely processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal telemarketing, deceptive spam calling, harassment, or in violation of applicable telecommunications laws (including TCPA / GDPR).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dingdo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from missed calls or AI service interruptions.

5. SMS Text Messaging Terms

Program description. If you turn on SMS request notifications, Dingdo (operated by CommonSenseSci LLC) may send transactional text messages to the mobile number you provided when a caller requests a callback or an appointment. An appointment message reports a request only; it does not confirm availability or a booking. These are service notifications about your use of Dingdo.

Voluntary consent. SMS notifications are optional. You opt in yourself in the dashboard, by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box; the box is never pre-checked for you. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and Dingdo works without SMS notifications.

Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with callback and appointment request activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing takes a single step. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@getdingdo.com.

Your mobile number. Provide a mobile number that you are authorized to use and to receive these notifications on. The notification number is entered by you: Dingdo does not register the Dingdo number we provision for your AI receptionist, an existing business number, or any other number as your SMS notification destination, and we do not infer consent from your use of any number.

Scope. This program is limited to transactional notifications about callback and appointment requests. It is not a marketing, promotional, bulk, or lead-generation messaging program, and you do not authorize Dingdo to send marketing or promotional messages under it.

Carrier delivery. Mobile carriers and messaging providers may delay or fail to deliver messages, and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
